👟 Custom Sneakers and Physical Products

Since every pair is made to order, we don’t accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations. If your order arrives damaged or there’s an issue, please contact us within 7 days so we can make it right.

💻 Digital Products (Brush Sets, Stencils, etc.)

Digital items are non-refundable. Once you download them, they’re yours to keep. If you have trouble with your files or need help using them, just reach out and we’ll be happy to assist.
