- Is the shoe included in the price?
- How long will it take for me to receive my order?
- Please allow 1-2 weeks before items ship; in most cases you will receive your shoes in 14-18 days.
- Is the paint durable?
- We use a special paint that is both durable and flexible; we then apply a special coating to seal the entire shoe. You can clean your Dejesus Custom Footwear with a damp cloth or even mild window cleaner. Although shoes are fully wearable, they should all be considered custom art and worn at your own risk. Note: like any pair of shoes, these can be damaged by scuffs or scraping.
We will touch-up or repair any of our items for the life of the product. This only applies to the artwork and paint, in case of damage. Please feel free to email us and we will take care of touching up the items, in most cases at no cost, but for no more than a small fee. You pay the shipping to and from.
- Do you do custom designs?
Please allow additional 1-2 weeks time for these projects to be completed.
- Can I send my shoes to you?

Remember, like any normal shoes, these shoes can be scuffed or scratched. The protective coating we apply does provide protection against usual wear, but as wearable art, the shoes should be treated with care.
- Note: please allow time before items ship (usually 1-2 weeks). Because all items we sell are hand painted and are works of art, we require sufficient time between the placement of orders and shipment. This allows us to ensure a high quality product for each Dejesus Custom Footwear order.
**BECAUSE EACH PAIR IS CUSTOM PAINTED, NO REFUNDS WILL BE PROVIDED. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.*
PHONE/INTERNET ORDER RETURN POLICY
- Footwear purchased on the website and over the phone may be returned for an exchange or web store credit.* No full refunds will be given and each pair is subject to a $75 restocking fee. Exchanges and credit possible if they meet the following criteria:
- 1. Items are found to be in unworn or new, resalable condition and packaged in original box or packaging.
- 2. Items are returned with a postmark no later than 5 days from receipt of goods. For example: If you place an order and receive it from us on January 1st, then you must ship it back no later than January 6th.
*If these criteria are not met when items are received back in store, the customer will be contacted and notified as to our findings. The item purchased then will be shipped back to customer and no store credit will be given. No full refunds will be provided.
- Dejesus Custom Footwear strives for customer satisfaction. If you are not happy with your order, please contact us and we will make it right! Remember, we believe every shoe has a soul. So contact us and we will work with you to find yours!
